Committee Purpose
Volga is a thriving community located seven miles west of Brookings with a growing business community. The Volga Business Network works to encourage the growth and prosperity of Volga businesses through advocacy and promotion initiatives as well as provide educational resources for members to utilize and strengthen their businesses.

Apply for the VBN Customer Attraction & Beautification Grant — $100–$2,500 for Volga small businesses. No match required (owner match encouraged).

Who can apply
For-profit, customer-facing small businesses (≤50 FTE) within the City of Volga and members of the Brookings Area Chamber of Commerce. Property owners may apply with tenant consent.
Use grant funds for:
Beautification: facade/entry upgrades; signage & lighting; windows/doors; accessibility entries (ramps/handrails/auto-openers); planters, bike racks, parklets; murals/public art; exterior screening.
Customer marketing: photography/video; landing or menu pages; paid media/geofenced offers; social content; in-store collateral (window clings, A-frames, posters, rack cards).
