The committee behind Connect Brookings consists of professionals from diverse backgrounds and industries that work to plan programming and events to connect the young professionals, SDSU students, and new residents of the Brookings area. Events the committee typically plans include professional mixers, relevant trainings and fun gatherings. The Connect Brookings Committee is comprised of volunteers who are selected through an application process. Committee members are sought to provide a balanced skill set and have major responsibility for developing and promoting the mission, programs, and image of Connect Brookings.
