Are you an entrepreneur or intrapreneur? You may be asking yourself, What is an intrapreneur?? An intrapreneur is a forward thinking, innovating, change agent within a company, or even in their home or community. Regardless of your current preneurial status, Ashley's dive into the characteristics of preneurs, activation of self-relating reflection, and easy actions to harness their powers to the fullest will leave you charged with a full battery ready to conquer any area of your life.
 
Ashley Biggar is an entrepreneur and intrapreneur - creating change in her business, others' businesses, her life, and community. She currently serves as the SD CEO East Women's Business Center Director, a nonprofit providing 1:1 free business advising, trainings, and technical assistance to both entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. Ashley defines her leadership style as a servant leader and received the 2020 Mayor's Generational Leadership Award. As an artist, she created 15 donated murals for the Brookings community utilizing the #aworldofhearts movement in 2020, as well as many other donated pieces utilizing positivity. She has found that her "seemly dark past" has been her greatest asset, has made her who she is today, and takes every opportunity she can to pour goodness back into the stream of life.
