Veterans Day Program

The Brookings Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee is proud to host the community?s annual Veterans Day Program on November 11, 2021 at 9:30AM at the Swiftel Event Center. All are welcome to attend this free event and honor this great country?s veterans. Master of Ceremonies Scott Kwasniewski will lead a program including the Brookings High School Band, a welcome by the Mayor, Veterans Address by 114^th Squadron Commander Riley Hestermann, and awards by Military Affairs Committee Chairman and SFC Retired Russel Chavez.

The Military Affairs Committee is seeking nominations for four awards which will be presented as follows:

• Officer of the Year
• Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year
• Soldier of the Year
• Civilian of the Year
