In this session, Ritu will help us delve deeper into our connections with others and understand the strengths and weaknesses of our network through hands-on exercises. Ritu will share her top 3 networking tips to help you grow your network strategically along with everyday examples on how mentoring can boost your confidence, network, and growth opportunities.

Ritu grew up in India and came to the United States in 2002. She is an IT professional and works at First Bank & Trust in Brookings. Ritu is a passionate, authentic, and inspiring speaker and wants to make a difference in her life and others by making small changes every day. Ritu is active in the community as a speaker and serves as a board member of Brookings County Youth Mentoring Program, and The Brookings Interfaith Dialogue. In her free time, Ritu enjoys spending time with her kids. She loves to volunteer for various organizations (Brookings School District, YEP (Youth Entrepreneur Program), Boys & Girls Club, and STARS) in Brookings.
