    Josh Larson – “Critical Decision Making

    8:30 – 11:30am || Swiftel Center

    In the professional arena, the ability to see through the fog, pick out the critical points, and identify a course of action can be the difference between an individual contributor and a highly effective leader.
    During this workshop, we will discuss some of the approaches to critical decision making.  We will learn skills to improve our ability to weigh complex information and pick out what is meaningful.  We will also work through real-world case studies in order to practice an approach to successfully make critical decisions.”
